Aloe macrosiphon is growing stemless, sprouts and forms dense clumps.


Product Description

The approximately 16 lanzettlich narrowed leaves form a dense rosette . The glossy dark green, sometimes reddish brown suffused leaf blade is 50 to 70 centimeters long and 5 to 10 centimeters wide. It is occupied by numerous, opaque white to pale green elongated spots. On the underside of leaves, the spots are smaller. The leaf surface is smooth. The pungent, brown tipped teeth on the leaf margin is 2 to 5 millimeters long and are 8 to 15 millimeters apart. The yellow leaf juice dries brownish.

The inflorescence has eight to ten branches and reaches a length of 100 to 150 centimeters. The fairly dense, cylindrical tapered grapes are up to 20 centimeters long and 6 centimeters wide. The ovate-pointed, white bracts have a length of 10 to 15 millimeters and 8 millimeters wide. The bright pink flowers are at its mouth bright yellow and standing at 10 millimeters long flower stems . They are 27 to 33 millimeters long and short narrowed at its base. At the level of the ovary , the flower has a diameter of 7 millimeters. Furthermore they are slightly narrowed, and finally extended to the mouth. Your outer tepals are not grown together over a length 9-11 millimeters. The stamens and the style protrude hardly out of the flower.
